Bio

Decades of experience working in broadcast TV continues to inform much of my writing. I began my writing and editing career as an Associate Producer and then Producer-Director at Turner Broadcasting, from 2006 to 2013, where I developed scripts and created short-form treatments, such as film promos for TCM and series launches for existing and new Cartoon Network and Adult Swim shows. Since then, as a freelance TV and film Editor, I have continued to write and edit scripts for international and domestic production houses, networks and studios. More recently, I set up and ran a brand new creative division for a global digital agency in London. As a keen motorcyclist, I spent years riding, racing and reporting for various bike magazines, documenting my adventures travelling the world on two wheels.

New work for HETV and film includes REBEL RIDERS, a six-part series set in the thrilling world of flat track racing with a production company and series producer attached.

Four-part psychological Victorian-era thriller based on real events, THE LIFE & TRIALS OF KATE WEBSTER, is on the pitch circuit.

How far would you be willing to go to motivate change? A father. An activist. A lifetime of political discourse. One-act play JUST STOP! explores estranged relationships, the challenges of navigating activism and asks, what happens when we are forced to re-evaluate our own prejudices? The play was featured on BBC Radio Sussex and on stage at The Cockpit Theatre in London.

Full-length play, EARTH, EARTH. MOTHER, MOTHER, which lances the intersection of one woman’s fertility and gynaecological cancer journeys, received high praise from The Royal Court Theatre’s artistic team and was highly commended by the panel at The National Theatre.
